Hmm... I had metatarlgia for months. The best thing for it was just plenty of rest... no cycling at all. Metatarsal pads helped also to stop my metatarsals from getting redamaged and helped break me out of the injury cycle that is the case for so many foot injuires.
One of my cycling friends has Achilles tendinitis at the moment. Advise he got from the "physio" was to wear heel lifts.. can they help??? Ask because me and my friend dont know if thats just them trying to sell something though.
