I do, but no feelings of nostalgia. (I thought it was the GPO.)

Re: Membership rates

I guess it's up to us seniors to vote the motion down I guess it's up to THIS senior to vote with his feet. I won't be renewing in 2021. They can stuff it. This senior already had walked. Regardless of a vote, an organisation which seriously even contemplates this move has lost credibility in my ey...

Re: Sea cruises: Why? Why not?

Look , I made a throw away comment that I wouldn't be surprised if cruise ships dumped rubbish following someone saying they wouldn't do that now. There was a fairly recent case where, despite the law, a company got a multi million pound fine for dumping. I made the mistake of rising to a challenge...

Re: Sea cruises: Why? Why not?

It is a view based on the evidence all around us.i researched to see if I was wrong and of there were changes. I discovered it still happens and is legal. No it's not, it's a biased view that you've backed up by "evidence" 17 years out of date! Surely you can see that? I apologize. I didn...

I always suffer with asthma in the heat. Fortunately, not too much of it up here but last year I ended up in hospital following a visit south. Pollution, made worse by the heat, caused it

Re: Sea cruises: Why? Why not?

Please to describe briefly what the author recommends In he specifics about faeces, nothing new. Take a small trowell, dig a hole 10cm deep some 100 metres at least from a path, a tent and a stream, c**p, put the earth back, then take your paper home or burn it.
