Shimano Disc Brakes

I am new to disc brakes and the front brake isn't very efficient the lever almost reaches the handle bar when operated.
It is not down to wear as the bikes only done 100 miles.
is it a matter of just topping the fluid up?

Thanks rich

Daily fitness for 66yr old

I'm a 66yr male,and would like to find a fitness program,at present i cycle about 25 miles a week,walk 7hours a week.

But do no upperbody or strenth exercise, hence i lack strenth, but i do suffer from ongoing shoulder injury of which the physio cannot cure.
