'They have to collect the dregs and at closing time they have to dispose of it. ie the manager takes the dregs home and puts it down there own sink or uses it. It can't amount to more than 1/2 a litre a day.'
I've never heared of that before. It seems really strange to me.

I would add a cassette puller, maybe adjustable spanner and whip, chain connection tool, cutting nippers, cone wrenches kit. Better be safe than sorry, so, you’ll never know when you might need them. A lot depends on how much space for tools you have. Fortunately, there are lots of compact kit model...
