In a partitioned handlebar bag. Currently a cuboid Ortlieb.

That holds them in place and allows them to be found and removed quickly and fiddled with without me needing to put them down somewhere else. And that bag comes with me whenever I leave the bike.
Do you have a link to the bag you use at all please Jonathan?

Carrying photography equipment safely on bike

Hi all. I've just started using my bike allot more and would like to be able to carry a camera and a couple of lenses. Last week I went out with a backpack on with them in which ended up being a 20 mile cycle; needless to say my back paid the price. I thought about getting panniers fitted and having a bag on for my stuff but then realised vibrations may cause damage to camera etc.

I am just wondering if there are any cyclist/photographers out there that could advise on how they carry equipment?

Thanks :)
