I am 66 and broke my hip on the Tour of Flanders last year, had a brilliant surgion at the hospital in Oudenaarde who gave me a new hip, apparently they do not pin brocken hips in Belgium as you only end up with arthritis which entails another operation, had the operation Monday morning was walking ...

Bourge is the start of the Marmotte route if you are feeling fit, if not give the final climbe Alp du Huez a miss and do it another day

The council gets a grant of £40 a child, multiply that by the number of children you are teaching take of what the instructors get paid and I would be asking the council were the rest of the money is going, for a qualified instructor with the responsibility of taking 9 and 10 year old children out o...

Nice to see instructors working, I must know 25 to 30 instructors and I think two have any work this week, any one nead two instructors, NSIQ numbers, first aid certificates, bike mechanic,s certificates, child protection certificates and six enhanced disclosure CRB,S, willing to travel

After a few incidents while riding in primary position all i do now is imagine the car or van is being driven by a monkey so no point in reacting no point in any form of conversation i just think thats good driving for a monkey , works for me
