Hi, I realise I’ll get told off for this but can someone let me know what these are please I found them in a job lot of stuff. I have two (same shape) and they’re stamped ‘Blackburn’ so I’m guessing they’re pannier related.

It will be somewhere around Greater Manchester and we've already visited the forthcoming indoor BMX centre to ensure there is less overlap but we would like to hear your views to gauge its feasibility, potential usage, needs etc
