Try using the ' Search' facility and look at the extensive thread currently on this page for Viscount Bicycles, it may well help?

Re: what pump to buy?

If you want to go 'micro' then an Airbone is great if you can get hold of one. Progress can be a bit slow and your arms will be aching a little after use but I always carry one with me at all times, I love it, but thats just me.

Re: Football Bores

OMG, the season is over and the office FBs have now turned their attention to foriegn football. Apparently I don't understand what it's like to be a footie fan and how necerssary it is to discuss the beautiful game. When I occasionally mention cycling I am moaned at for not talking about anything bu...

Re: OLD SHOUGON SHOLD I SINGLESPEED IT

If you do convert it leave the rear brake on it, there seems to be worrying trend of SS riders using bikes with no back brake. As if they are copying fixed gear riders. I see lots each day around where I work in central London. Not sure if its some new trend or if they have picked up the bikes secon...

Re: Roadside antiquities

I love this old AA road sign in St Mawes. First noticed it about ten years ago when I was working nearby in the depths of winter. I just love the accuracy down to the quarter of a mile :D

Re: A to Z of castles

It's about time I found a proper castle for this thread. HPIM0494.jpg That's not to say I haven't got any more forts. HPIM0488.jpg The fort, another Palmerston Folly, is on an island in the river Medway. My camera ran out of zoom and I can't get any closer without a pedalo. It has a twin which may ...

Re: Ouch, ouch, ouch....

I always thought phsiotherapy was a bit of a waste of time until I met my previous GF, she was one. And I have to say I was wrong and that they do a marvelous job. She cured me of many aches and pains after long painful days working on building sites. During the various muscle rubs and massages it h...

Re: OMG how will the young cope?

Out on the bike this morning and came upon this young bloke, early 20's wheeling his very expensive carbon Bianchi in a very rural spot. Obviously I stopped to assist. He had a p** in the rear wheel. No p** stuff, no tools, no spare tube, no pump - nothing. He didn't even know how to take the wheel...

Re: Football Bores

I'd have posted on this thread last night, but I was too involved watching Man City VS Tottenham :D Sadly, the result didn't go the way I would have chosen. :( Jan Looking forward to the Championship play-offs starting tomorrow. Would like Swansea to win, given my good Welsh friends live there. God...
