When I ride on the road I always have a rear light on; Smart 1/2 Watt LED on flashing on the tourer If a car driver fails to see the Smart I can only assume it is because it has burnt out their retinas I have one of those on the seat post,a standard smart flasher on each pannier and a torch flasher...

I have stuck some scwable lugano tyres on it and had to stick some fizik gel pads as i get serious amounts of numb hand due to the aluminum forks i think. I think i really need some one to come and have a look at my set up but the LBS do not do fitting and i haven't the cash to pay them anyway.Bloke...

From bitter experience i know not to overly excite a moton with abuse.

One time this lorry overtook me very close and i gave it the finger .When i caught it up at the lights the driver jumped out and tried to assault me, pity he was a fat person and i just sprinted past him ..........

We do have showers at work but i do not use them . It is a 10 mile trip and i get there for around 6.45 am so its not to hot even is summer.I do work if the weld shop of a certain japanese car maker so i will be sweating anyway in summer then freezing my ass off in winter as part of my job involves ...

Went out this morning to check route for commute it read - 6 at 10 am and the unlit country lanes i use looked iffy .The lit main road alternative i avoid due to many close encounters with lorries with half asleep drivers .
