The broadband isnt good enough to stream, I have just run another check and there is still no digital TV* or radio coverage in my area, I wouldnt pay a licence fee for those reasons too.

*though the area as a whole is fully switched over to digital.

The government is to rush through legislation to close the “iPlayer loophole”, which allows people to watch BBC shows on catchup services without having a TV licence.
