Also worth noting, frames that have been silver soldered/braised ( not just 753 ) are very hard to cold set.

Re: Speedplay, Look & Shimano issues

If your seat is too high this can lead to the feeling you describe, especially with Speedplay pedals.

Re: Ribble vs Liv

Just on the geometry, I would go for the Ribble it will be a lot easier to get the saddle in the right position.

Re: Eurosport Player is closing down.

You need to delete the Eurosport Player app and then go to the App Store and install the Eurosport App ( not Eurosport Player ) and login as per normal.

Have you got the hood caught at the bottom of the lever when you put the handlebar tape on ?

Re: how can I fix my back pain?

Your saddle is way too high, that’s the source of your back pain !

Re: A pain in the balls of my feet (both)

Have you lost any weight recently ? I ask this because if you have you will be sitting further back in the saddle which will make you over reach to pedals giving you the problem you have.

Re: Road Shoes for wide feet- recommendations?

Apart from custom made shoes Lake make the widest road shoes out there, just make sure you look for Lake shoes in wide fitting.
The sole of my Lake road shoes measure 110 mm at the widest point if that helps .

If you put a flexible pump hose through the cork you could probably blow your tyres up with it too .
