Insurance claims like for like strong pound

DoeS the strength of the £ now makes goods from abroad ( chainrings) cheaper - will an insurance policy be able to take this into account? Or does it work t'tother way round or have I got it wrong?

Also why do train passengers with folding bilkes insist on taking up space designated for non folding bikes?

Thanks in a dvance

Prostrate Investigations

Has anyone any knowledge about knowledge about how such investigations, which involve insertion of a tube into the bladder ( not surgery ) might lead to bleeding?

Theres no sign of blood in the urine no need to go repeatedly and I'm a reasonably health man of 53 yrs

Thanks in advance

Re: Tektro Top Mount Brake Levers

i'VE ALWAYS FOUND THEM TO BE REALLY USEFUL they're far better than the socalled safety bars brought in a few years ago.

When I ride my tourer which does not have them I really miss them

Re: rECHARGEABLE bAND m BATTERY NOT RECHARGING

No, in a word, so it looks like I'll have to buy a new set - is there any way repeated charging will increase the run time?

Thanks in advance

rECHARGEABLE bAND m BATTERY NOT RECHARGING

aNY Iaes as to why battery despite showing as rechardged starts to show red light after 45mins (2 lamps used) use- previously would run for 10 hrs (1 lamp) or 5hrs (2) so ideal for commuting.

Was not used last winter, or little used, batteries are 5 , 4200 mA never seen them in GB

Thanks in advance

Re: Police Thugs

jUST THINK ABOUT what would have happwened if it had been someoen else other than the police - you wopuld have had a lot of platitudes, no action and their word against yours.

Its also happened to me by some copper - don't expect anything of them. I suspect said copper realised you would stop but grabbed anyway- - they only ask the ones to stop who they think will

Bung ina complaint - if you want a visit from a lisaon officer - as I said to him I would rather he was on the proverbial beat than talking to me. This concerned an incident when I was hospitalised following a RTA and the Police initially denied they attended the scene
