Oxford commuting
Hi everyone,
I'm moving to Oxford and cycling will probably be my primary mode of transport - I have some dilemmas that I hoped people here could help me with...
I may be renting a room at the upper end of Headington, which is from what I see from Google Earth at the top of a rather steep hill (about 60 meters elevation above city centre). I'm not very used to cycling, and I'm not sure I'll be able to make it to the top of the hill every day - do you know if I can take a bike on the bus back up? if not - what about a folding bike? In general - I'm from a relatively dry and warm country, how is cycling in the cold and damp?
Many thanks for any response,
Moshe
