I am in two minds.
All being well I will be attempting an extended tour from London - Singapore in 2013. I have some friends interested in joining me for sections but none willing to spend a year doing the whole lot.
I've done short solo tours before and enjoyed every minute, but a year on the road seems quite a different proposition.
What are people's thoughts, do I make the effort to find a partner now or do it alone and meet people for sections on the way.

Re: Touring brake levers
Thanks for the info, much appreciated. I've gone with the Tektros as I don't think I can go too far wrong for £14 a pair.

Touring brake levers
I'm looking for some brake levers for my tektro CR720 cantilevers - there's loads of options and I'm a bit overwhelmed. The obvious choice are the Tektro RL340 but what are people's opinion on there durability/quality. These have gotta hold up for many many miles.
Thanks in advance
