Has anyone had problems with a raleigh strada 4? Particularly with the overtension of the belt with the dropouts at the slackest position.The rear axle trys to pull itself out of the dropouts, constantly have to check and realign rear wheel. The two speed hub failed within 3 miles of mys 1st ride. I had purchased this bike with the idea of low maintenance and commuting. It's ill thought design is poor. Very difficult to fit a rear pannier rack and mudguards. Has anyone had any response from raleigh customer services at all to resolve these problems?
