Been out - just got back :-) Had a twitchy moment going down hill hit a large slushy area that I couldn't see too well due to direction of sunlight. I have always maintained that many state benefits should be paid only upon condition that work is done in return for the benefit, e.g. sweep the streets, clean grafiti, clean gardens etc. however all these people on benefits are voters and quite a sizeable chunk of the electorate at that and no poli...
