I am setting off in april next year folling the NSR from Rotterdam to Skagan in Denmark then into sweden ferry to Gdansk tracing the Amber trail

cut a tomato in half and sprinkle with plenty of salt to replace what is lost tasty way of doing it.
And it goes with a salad which is all i can manage in realy hot climates

I am looking to cycle for a couple of weeks in Poland next year.I am hoping to camp most of the time with the odd b&b if the weather is bad wondering what is the best time of year to go also

There is not much point in touring with a loaded bike if all you want to do is put miles in.
You might as well have a light audax bike a credit card and a tooth brush plan your hotel stops
approx 100 miles apart.
