haha yes i do have plans for next summer but theres no point worrying about those until the winters over and i can see where i am regards training. 3:1 48/16 ratio approx... I'm hoping endurance comes with time.I'm just trying to work on base fitness and technique for the first month or two... I'm not stopping to smell the flowers until I go touring. Don't worry so much i have a nutritionist,masseur, and physio. It needs to be hard needing a go...

Come down to greenwich.... we have shooters hill, blackheath and sydenham hill all in a row and if your bored you can go up and down the hill around greenwich/blackheath various ways around greenwich park. Hi folks, Ive recently acquired a Dawes Galaxy with marathon tires , and decided to use it to get fit.
