Very good, taking a walk after dinner is recommended, helps the digestion. Learnt another Scots word recently, Iain Crichton Smith wrote about 'the messages', I couldnae puzzle it out. It means doing the shopping, errands (visiting post, doctor etc, by no means just buying), so now I talk about 'getting the messages' to confuse people
* 'we want our wet cold Wednesdays in Stoke' bleated the fans just, when protesting against the mon$t€r league plans

In the days before expensive robust tyres, I used to cut the wires out of a worn tyre, take a few centimetres out of the circumference and fit it inside a new tyre. Did not get many punctures after that

I guess that since the goods are free to the thief they can grab anything available, and worry about disposal and value later.

An opportunist thief would not reflect on possible saleability of whole or parts, they would just chuck the machine into their white van, and scarper. If they then realised what they had nicked they might dump it in a ditch. Or maybe even put it back where they found it

Not good enough. Or could this attitude perhaps be applied to traffic law enforcement? There would not be many vehicles crossing the bridge if that were done

So the big climb has easy gradients and the little climbs have harder gradients. Very confusing
