Re: Productive section or I Reckon Repetition ?

Thanks for the inputs. I wear a helmet on a bike due to many years mountain biking wearing a helmet and falling of enough to know they work well enough to make wearing one an automatic choice when riding a bike. Since getting into riding recumbent trikes i found that using a neck rest and wearing he...

Re: 'Brexit means Brexit' ... ** The Brexit Thread **

Regaining our seat at the World Trade Organisation should provide huge amounts of entertainment in the coming years, was yet another well publicised pre vote fact. Any single country can block a new entrant to the WTO so our old friends like Argentina (Falklands), Spain ( Gibraltar) etc will be maki...

Re: The Mediteranean diet

My favourite antidote to various 'miracle diets' is a quote from Michael Pollan Eat foot, not too much, mostly plants . This seems to get to the bottom how to eat well without the hysteria and hype of the latest front page diet / food paranoia stories Pollan often cuts the BS down to size to expose ...

Re: How we play music now ......

You do know the 24 bits is a waste of space and the 96kHz is actually damaging to fidelity don't you... There are reasons for both in a production studio - but not after the master... 24bit produces a much smoother low end with less quantization noise, especially in lower frequency wave forms, this...

Yes please, although I'd still be slow on that.

Besides it's only money, if not spent on cycling then what the hell is it for ? Counting?

Cue mealy mouthed middle aged, middle class , white males wittering on how no one needs to spend that much.....
