Re: Sorting the riots

Are there any riots in China? no because their police and army would stamp on it straight away. Also they have a good education sytem and a passion to learn. They don't have a generous welfare state like we do, there is plenty of employment for the masses and their isn't a sub-literate underclass an...

Re: Lighthouses - we haven't done those yet have we?

Here is my lighthouse model I made and is 4inches high, turned from a hazel branch. The rock is some bark and the sea is a blue tarpaulin.

Re: Three Word Story Game (again)

Later, Cameron declared war on the pie factory, but pie bakers retaliated with crusty cobs, wet tripe and fishy fingers defeating him soundly. His integrity destroyed the coalition but secret papers revealed steaks in ale with onions and gravy were contaminated with isotopes of hotcross bun and east...

Did you see the game on Saturday when Djokevic smashed his racket during the game against Baghdatis at Wimbledon. He went on to win the game but is is quite common and even Federer has smashed his racket in a game. Have any of you smashed anything in a fit of rage?

Re: Public Sector Pension Reform

Why does anyone need a pension? By the time you get to retirement age your mortgage will be paid off, you will live on very little food because you won't be using much energy and they will have the time to grow their own produce and so on. A car isn't really necessary for most retired people because...
