Looking for any advice from someone who as ridden the route 2 from folkstone to st austell ...

looking to do the same in a few weeks, except from starting from southampton to st austell.

what kind of tracks is it ?

can i do it on a road bike ?

is there a good map you used / gps route ..

do you have a gps route you took ?

any tips for things to see / avoid ?

Does any one have any advise for me, I'm doing LEJOG and want to change my Cassette from 11-25 to a 11 or 12 - 34T, does anyone have any advise for me on how to do this?

so far i know this :

I have Shimano 105 Groupset with Short Rear Mech : I will need to change this to a Medium Rear.

Questions,
