Re: Storing Carbon Frame
Thanks for the reassurance (and sarcasm). It is now safely tucked up until the spring.

Storing Carbon Frame
I am new to carbon bikes, reading lots of horror stories about cracked frames etc. I'm being a bit paranoid, is this arrangement ok for storing the bike in the garage (hooked under seat stays). I'm sure it's fine, just seeking reassurance.
Thank you.

Thank you.

Mix 10sp tiagra chainset with 9sp Sora group set
Hi,
Happy Christmas. I am looking to do some upgrades on my winter bike which currently has a full Sora (triple chainset + 9sp cassette). The first upgrade I'd like to do is to go to a double chainset. I could get a Sora double and use my existing components (I am fairly sure that I can reconfigure my sora triple shifter by adjusting the front mech), however, I'd eventually like to upgrade to a 10 or 11sp system - so I thought about going to a Tiagra double chainset - my question is will this intermediate upgrade work without upgrading anything else such as shifters chain etc?
Thanks in advance,
Martyn

Re: Upgrading road bike
Thanks for the advice, I may wait and see if it comes down in price in the January sales. Need to go and test ride the fit.

Does anyone have any experiences/thoughts before I take the plunge?
Thanks,
Martyn
