You can buy Endura liner shorts separately or with the outer shorts, if that is what you are asking:

Re: Debate by YouTube?
I sometimes look at Hambini's videos about various bikes and components. The main downside is the man himself who is sweary, misogynistic and is no-doubt offensive to many people. Another downside is that his sampling is biassed towards the worst examples of manufacturing, QC and customer care. The upsides include that he exposes how badly made some things are, poor QC and poor after sales service. This is not, in general, the sort of information that you get from reviews in cycling magazines or websites. And he does give credit for good manufacturing when he finds it.

Re: E-bike commute
I would look at Hambini's video about one of Ribble's Al alloy frames and the comments about their customer service before buying one of their bikes. Beware that it is sweary, but interesting never the less.

It doesn't encourage me to rejoin CUK although I was thinking of doing so.

Sleat is trickling down the windows here in North Wales. I am glad I didn't go on the Ramblers' walk this morning.

Re: Glueless Puncture Repair Patches
Previously I used patches with rubber solution and they generally worked fine but the formula was changed to make it less harmful and unfortuneately I found that new stuff did not stick as well as the old version. This has been discussed in previous threads. I think the noxious but efficacious solvent was trichloroethane.
I always clean and abrade a tube before patching it.
Yes, I did inflate the repaired tube outside a tyre to check it before I fitted it. I guess the patch may have held a bit longer if I had not done this so it might have been OK as a "get me home" fix.
I have lost patience with Park's glueless patches, however, if someone can recommend a brand that sticks well and stays stuck like old school "glued" patches, please let me know.

Re: Glueless Puncture Repair Patches
Here is a reply in the "useless" category:
I have tried Park's Super Patch GP-2 glue-less patches and they have never stayed stuck for long. I used a G clamp on the last one and left it for a day but it leaked when I tried to inflate the tube. So now I throw away holed inner tubes which is a waste.

My feeling is that the new limits will not be inforced and they will be ignored by most motorists but we will see....

Re: 26" Tyre choice and mudguard width with full size v-brakes?
My tourer has 42mm Schwalbe Marathon Supreme tyres and I recommend them for a comfy ride and not too many punctures. I have used them on tours mainly around Wales and the Marches, mainly on tarmac but with a few stretches of gravel. They have been discontinued but SJS may still have some, at a price! Its SKS mudguards are 55mm wide. It has V brakes too and I have had a couple of punctures on long descents possibly caused by overheating rims because I didn't find any embedded sharp objects.

You could try this site, at least it's free and there are quite a few tourers on here, including women.

Re: Cycling and Mental Health
Is moving house a possibility? May be somewhere more pleasant with some cyclepaths, tow paths or quiet roads.
