Re: Boardman Team Carbon C7 or e4p?

Are they different frames?

Are you sure the e4p is engineered for performace and dosen't describe the frame.

The c7 is a good budget carbon bike.

Here are still some new previous gen ones around for £600

Re: James's 8 day lejog 28th June - 7th July.

It's not the BB as such it's the interface between the BB and the mounting.

It's a common issue for bb30 BB

It's not going to cause any issues apart from to my ears.

Needs seating with loctite.

Re: First gen boardman team carbon...

Best time to upgrade to a new bike is autumn when the shop sales are on.

Or the Mrs is in to him to sell the under used carbon bike to pay for Christmas!

Re: First gen boardman team carbon...

I have a MK1 Cannondale carbon 6 which I've had for years and hammered it tbh. I doubt I would sell it now as it's part of the family! Lighter / faster wheels would help depending if you live in hilly / flat areas. Something like cero ar24 or vision 35 if flat would improve on the cxp33 I expect you...

Re: First gen boardman team carbon...

Interesting observation why didn't you get on with Scott foil?

Newer boardman?

If you like the Boardman how about a Cannondale synapse or supersix. Sublime rides by all accounts.
