Exposure lights

I have the Strada 1200 and the rear one and they are great. People mention the fixing at the front but I found a tip which solved it. Yep email was totally clear on that and after riding it I can see why it was very costly to put on

sport, activity whatever, the more of us that cycle the more pressure it puts on the govt. Instead we get the rather risible document and consultation we saw today.

I know people can be snotty about this things but surely anything that brings 8000 cyclists together is not a bad thing for our sport ?

HAs been cancelled for 2019, a real shame in my eyes, I loved it Following detailed discussions between the Velothon series owners IRONMAN, the Welsh Government Major Events Unit and local event delivery partners Run4Wales, we can now confirm there are no plans for Velothon Wales to continue in 2019...

where are you - on the off chance you might be in Birmingham, we are always after volunteers and offer free training for a number of roles. thanks all this has been a very positive feedback and I will contact my local Sustrans (who I have visited) and see if they have anything, there are some vacancies there for sure ...

the last rider is pretty safe as numbers will mean no real threat, by last rider i meant the one living furthest down tge route rather than one at the back - thus they will eventually be by them self. But better they are by themselves for the short bit at the end rather than the whole route. ah rig...
