I tried to get discount a few weeks ago and got turned down, was told they only give discount to British cycling members.

If Halfords are giving discount the message has not been communicated to all their stores.

I have had the comment "Oh I thought you was pulling a wheelie at first" when riding my high racer recumbent. I have never had that comment when on a trike or low racer.

Their facebook site has had posts on it as recently as February this year so I think they are still in business.
