don't put a rear cog on of more than 15 teeth as it catches on the frame I know cause I tried with a newly bought 16 tooth today now ordered a 15 tooth from sjs hay ho ongoing projects

if you find yourself in Leeds city centre lock up at CYCLE POINT opposite the train station £1.50 day ticket monitored by bike mechanics who give out a ticket to reclaim. they even can lend you a lock if you forget yours .CCTV watched . Smile nicely at them and talk while he staples the ticket stub to your bike he will remember your face with said bike . Best place I have ever found !

the protection given by glasses over your eyes prevents twigs-flies-dust etc.entering one of the most sensitive and vital areas of your body. I would not wear contact lenses as the things I have had bump into at speed face first without a windscreen would have caused problems
