tubular tyre questions

just pinched an old ex track bike off my brother looking forward to the joys of my legs spinning off going down hills!
only major problem is the rear (fixed)wheel is a tub I used to glue them n all that stuff in my youth but can`t find anything on ebay,where can I get a new tub and glue?

the hospital I work at has 8(or is it 10?)bikesheds,unfortunatley people cycle once lock the shed then never unlock it,some are busted,some have bikes locked inside but no owners,its very frustrating.I cycle into work and there`s nowhere to put my bike :x asked the caretaker people but `its in hand`...

I used to have a sanyo dynopower lovely used for years ,but died one day in a thunderstorm on the A30 :( used a bottle one after that 8)

the hospital i work at has bike sheds,only problem is,loads are locked but no bikes in them ,or patients that have left(its a mental health unit)leave their bikes n leave the unit,last time I cycled to work all the sheds were out of service so took my bike in the staff room :D
