Thanks for that. I was going to put EP Gear Oil in!! Engine oil it is then. My Honda uses 10-30 visc. That should be ok.

What is the preferred lubricant for the 3 speed hub. Mine has a lovely cap to open; what shall I use?

Slightly confused here. I have a very old 3 speed Emmelle bike which I use several times a week to nip to shops etc. Just fitted new 26 x 1 3/8" tyres and decided to fit new tubes. What size tube do I need please. I have a new 26 x 1.5-2.1 but I think this is mountain bike? Help much appreciated.

Hello. I did E/E in 1999. 969.7 miles in 19 days. Does anyone know if end to end merchandise is still available and if so where from? What has happened to the CTC? Ken.
