If you can afford it Rohloff gearing would give 14 evenly spaced gears and a good range. Maintenanc...

Queen Elizabeth is visiting an Edinburgh hospital. She enters a ward full of patients, and notices that they’re all dressed in street clothes and have no obvious sign of injury or illness. The Queen approaches a patient and greets him. The patient replies: “My heart’s in the Highlands, my heart is n...

Hi Mike, in answer to your question what’s the 5% non vegan I’m vegan in everything except on a long ride when the only cake shop we can find is non vegan. Hubby is vegan at home but eats fish or meat when out for a sit down meal. Hope this clarifies for you. Yes you have to have cake on a ride! Mike

I was disappointed to see a number of England players not wearing/hiding under their jumpers their second prize medals.

Were they the products of public schools or were they from the riff raff side of the game?

There's very little left of the Scottish origins of Halloween, as far as I can tell. It's all American - and ruthless merchandising. So what's happened? H&S wading in, "it's far too dangerous to be giving these kiddies knives" eh? Or is it "kiddies far too busy on their smartphon...
