works out as 5760miles


....which doesnt include LEJOG either so more like 6500miles

i normally cycle at around 5 or 6am...often the coldest part pf the day... lately weve had temperatures around minus 3 - 5.... so....bib tights on....set of running tights on....then a set of trousers! :lol: as for top a thin baselayer....fleece....and a jumper.....sometimes another jumper on top :l...

i take you live around hereford then.....

mortimers forest outside of Ludlow has a few good light trails...i use to ride through the forest on the light trails because i didnt like the downhill tracks.

how about queenswood???? do they have any bridleways....as your allowed to cycle on them

interesting post....

i had a go a building a wheel....seeing as id learnt how to do almost everything else on a bike

but for the life of my i just couldnt get it 100% true

eveyrtime i adjusted the spokes it just seemed to put it out some where else

shame at this time of year....thats lots of little country lanes i could use to get to work but almost definitely they would be covered in ice...

i bought lights that fit onto your spokes....which obviously a driver can see from a side view

you can also get lights to fit as valve caps - though not for presta valves
