i think mine is 'Lose Yourself' by Eminem
i leave the house for work at 6am every morning, and as theres hardly any traffic i turn the volume up FULL!!! : )

If you can see daylight between the chain and the chainwheel that usually means the wheel is badly worn. The chain may well be worn too. Was your replacement a new new wheel or something out of the bits box? the outer chainring is brand new...but the inner is the original as its in good nick cos it...

hi guys ! thanks for your advice! added some washers / added thicker locknut... this has put the wheel into a good enough position to ride!! part of the problem i think was that it was bending the frame slightly when i tightened the quick release skewer...so beefing up the width of part of the axle ...

just wondering...how much training do people do before cycling LETJOG??? i cycle 20mile daily (120miles weekly) , and see myself as pretty fit...but if i do say 30 or 40miles in a day then im knackered the day after!! a guide i have shows you routes of about 50 - 70miles each day!! in honesty i dont...

Assuming that they did not mess around with the spokes then it sounds to me like the spacing on the axle is wrong, take it back , although it's not exactly encouraging that the shop thought it was right. hi ive just picked up my rear wheel from my local bike shop, after it had a complete overhaul. including new bearings, new axle, new cups etc it is 16x622 (700c size) taken from my racing bike i went to fit it on my bike but it doesnt sit straight in the frame!?!?!? instead of being an even distance...
