Fine for my 20-minute commute and errands round town, anyway. I don't notice it at all in normal use - then again I have a heavy bike with Big Apple 50mm tyres, hub dynamo, hub gear... so not massively efficient to start with. Still, gets me more fitness benefit from the short commute! Not sure I'd ...

Chain cases seem to be difficult to source, I can't find one.


If the chainring and sprocket size fit then one of these:

Hebie Chainglider

may be the answer. Been using one for around a year now, and like it.
