along the dollop lines, sploge!
as in my father asking my mother who has slaved in the kitchen cooking bolognaise if he can have "more sploge please"

I think that i am going to chop one into 2/3 inch strips and stretch it over the grips on my roof rack to prevent it scratching the bike frame. now to find some uses for the others. I am considering making some giant versions of the old rubber band and paper pelle...

Always a good idea, I go for a mini warm up as i think that it helps me wake up before jumping on the bike in the morning! As for pre and post what about during riding? If i am riding for a few hours i find myself standing on the pedals in some sort of hip gyrating/arm flailing/head banging effort t...

...the best way to stop glasses getting wet and steamy!
Yes today i was stupid enough to go for a ride in rain that was bad enough to send Noah into a building frenzy. I was pondering the best way to keep glasses dry or at least see-through-able (is that a word) during a ride? I am not a fan of contacts and have tried many things from visors on the helme...

CTC in Hertfordshire
Morning all, I am currently living up North (so to speak) and having much fun with the North Birmingham CTC. I am currently in the process of moving back down South with work to the Broxbourne/Hoddesdon area and have seen that there are 3 potential CTC groups i could ride with. Is there anyone about...

bus and cycle lanes
Right time for a rant. I have been going out with the North Birmingham CTC lately and having a great time. However to get from my place in the center of brum to Sutton Coldfield where the rides leave i have to cycle through Birmingham. No problem you would think being Britain's 2nd largest city. How...
