The Beard Cup

The Beard Cup is a hill climb run by manchester CTC each year. The cup is awarded to the fastest team of 3 each year. It is held in Saddleworth where I live. My local club (Saddleworth Clarion) has been asked to write an article about the event for a local newsheet. Which all seems very straight for...

When we turned for home and picked up a good helping hand is it possible to 'steal' someones tailwind? Just ...

Re: 2014 TdF to start in Yorkshire

+1 for Mirfield. Then over into Saddleworth (West Riding but now Gtr Manchester) Past my house on the 'Isle of Skye' climb to Holmfirth.

This leads to the 150 mile question...what should the route be? All we know is it starts in Leeds....

For me it has to get in Holme Moss, Isle of Skye, Mirfield

Bike Storage - Tyres

I have a bike in Spain at my sister in laws. When I leave it should I deflate the tyres?

I always have done then I read a leaflet saying to leave them inflated a little.

It might be 6 months between visits

Re: Armstrong giving up fight?

http://www.nieuwsblad.be/extra/dopingzondaars A nice graphic showing where non-dopers finished IMO - Guilty. Tests are not fool proof - see Millar, Riis, Festina. Hincapie swings it for me and the US authorities have 10 witness statements LA has failed in competition drug tests (1999). It doesnt mat...
