Trying to convert my summer bike to a winter club run bike with mudguards and 28mm tyres. The carbon forks which came with the bike offer insufficient clearance, even though the rear mudguard and 28mm tyre fit easily.
I already have 2 bikes where the carbon forks have plenty of clearance for 28mm tyres and SKS mudguards, a "Maurizio" and a hybrid "Boardman". But not this one unfortunately!
Any suggestions for carbon forks (1/8 alloy steerer) with good clearance for 28mm tyres and SKS mudguards gratefully received. Need eyes on the fork end obviously.
Thanks in advance
