Bike frame dimensions:

Rear: widest point 13.5 cm, narrowest point 6.5 cm
Front: widest point 10.5 cm, narrowest point 5.5 cm

Hi,
Can anyone recommend good spokes and wheels ( and any other components) needed to build a front and back wheel for a 190kg/400lbs rider. I will be commuting on pavements and some uneven forest tracks adjacent to roads approx. 25 miles per day. I have two hills along the way and loads of kerbs.
Is the budget of 250 sufficient for both wheels?
