Doesn't the tubing have it imprinted close to one end, the short butt end which I think is near the head on the down tube(?)
I will check on the tubing I have.

A lot of Motobecanes were made of Super Vitus.

I have a Moulton wheel, which is stamped "four speed" 65 11 , FW and USA 23018, but seems to have an adjustment screw on the non chain side, bit like the toogle screw on the chain side. What is the screw for?
