The inspectors can be cunning, like saying they are doing meerkat (couldn't resist!) research & what TV programmes had you watched that evening.

We could just give 'em a blast on the horn as drivers do.

Something like this...

We can't manage to get 2 tins of paint to match, what makes everyone think that GPS receivers can measure speed to any accuracy

Anyone in sussex should try https://webcontact.sussex.police.uk/asdprs/

I've had a flat bed truck clip my arm with his wing mirror, no excuse, there was plenty of room for him to pass safely. I didn't do anything even though it was a local builder.

Had a woman pull out of a side road after using it for a u turn, I came really close to smashing her wing mirror off but thought better of it as I couldn't see who else was in the car.

As a driver, I have seen some cyclists do some really stupid things & you do wonder if all close calls are the fault of the driver.

For those of you who don't know Brighton, there's a roundabout called 7 Dials (it has 7 exits!), it's bloody busy & even in a car it's a nightmare. So, why would someone decide to cycle round it at night, with dark clothing, no lights, cycling 1 handed as he was talking on a mobile with the other?!?!

Also driving towards 7 Dials, up a steep hill, a cyclist in front of me puts out his right arm & without looking, suddenly starts to turn right causing me to clip him with my wing mirror.

Wheel & Tyre Size Confusion

Hi all,

I have just got a Marin Muirwoods 29er have a question about the wheel & tyre size.

The Tyres are Continental Townride 28 x 1.6 but have "29 Inches"printed on the sidewall.

I measured the overall diameter & it's 28".

I'm confused!
