Losing Weight...

I've cycled the C2C now to years running, and trained each year fairly hard (approx 40miles per week for 6-8 weeks prior)

Does anyone how how much weight one is suppose lose, if cycling over 3 days? It seems both time I've came back the same as I went! - which would be ok, if I was 10st, but add another 5 to that and it tells me I'm over weight and need to loose some!

Cheers

If you have a kind hearted person to help you with support over the time of your trip, then you are lucky as you can use a carier to transport the bikes to the start.

However, if relying on public transport, then it could take you an age to get from home to starting point.

that'll be good going, 1000 miles in 8 days, 125m a day.

I was looking into this last year. Shall be willing to do this one day - maybe 2011.
