Ryan air go to frankfurt-hann, which is nowhere near frankfurt, it is about 50 km southwest of Koblenz. The airport is out in the country, so relatively safe approach by bike. It is also at the top of the hunsruck so a great cycle down to either the Mosel or the rhine.
Easy jet go to koln/bonn. The airport is just on the outskirts of Koln. a 5km cycle (not too busy and plenty cycle lanes) will get you to the Rhine to pick up cyclepath into Koln. There was a wood about 500m north of the airport that we stashed our bike bags.
No info on frankfurt international, except to say that train goes to airport and you can get bikes on the train. Best to book bikes on the intercity trains.
