I have not used Plymouth/Roscoff. But all I take with me is my Bar Bag, Camera Bag & Front R Pannier. The rest stays on the Bike. The Car Decks are Locked on departure until arrival.

Mapsource is the best solution.

As an examlpe City Navigator NT ON DVD [ must be the DVD version and not the pr loaded cards] will set you back at least £75. you do get all of Europe for your money.

Not sure of the memory capasity of the Edge but to put all of the uk on to it you may wel need a largish Micro SD card as well.

Yes you will need some sort of mapping program to creait a route to transfer to the EDGE.

The cheapest option is to use an online resorce such as Open Street Map. see

I am not certain because I use an Etrex but Garmin Base XCamp my well talk to the edge. That you can get from the suport section of the garmin site.
