So the amount of salt you had in the fish and chips had how much effect on your 'perceived' thirst? And I've asked around and top flight athletes/footballers/hockey players/swimmers...(couldn't find any other athlete types to talk to) don't eat fish and chips. Well, fish, yes, but not deep fried.
So a tough decision ahead - mediocre with fish and chips or fit and fast with boiled chicken and protein shakes. Oh - and water is just as good as those 'rehydration drinks' with the added benefit of being significantly cheaper. Milk's really really too (lots of protein) if you can stomach it.
Oh - did you see that program about why the western world is so unhealthy these days?
