Has anybody else had problems with Hilary Stone? I paid for some items and he's not got them refunded me or responded to my emails.

I'm afraid your experience with Hilary Stone is all too familiar. From my own experience I find it's best to call him on his mobile number.

On the plus side I find him pleasant to talk to, very knowledgable and he has loads of reasonably priced stuff.

PayPal is probably the best payment option, if all else fails you have a better chance of getting your money back.

Hilary is knowledgeable and is now getting on a bit, however he is an enthusiast not a businessman, bear that in mind and you'll be ok - don't expect Wiggle or Chain Reaction levels of service.

The few times I bought stuff from him, all went well. With respect, I would categorise the man as A Great British Excentric - life would be the poorer without the likes of Hilary Stone.
