Yes, I read that but it was open to everyone. They gave out the code on their FB page and it was reported by major news outlets. Can only assume that the "targeted users" just meant those eligible ie. those with Paypal accounts. Or they could have just kept the wording of the T&Cs from a previous flash sale which was only sent out to certain users.

Anyway, I bought myself something nice with it
