Old wanted ads.

Post by 1942alexander »

Does anyone know if, (or how,) I can access a wanted advert which I posted last December. It was for a quality frame and there were a few offers and some interest in what I had eventually bought. Now the frame is finished, and built up, I was going to update the post to show those who were interested, how the project turned out but I can't find the original post.
Hope you can help... Thanks... Alex

Have you tried waybackmachine ? It is an internet archive tool which allows you to browse snapshots of certain sites.
Good luck

Edit: Ignore all blah in my post below, I've popped on the23rd of Jan version and it doesn't contain your "wanted" adds.

did you try the old URL of
http://forum.ctc.org.uk
I found somethingon wayback for the 23rd of Jan, which "might" still contain the ads you're looking for.
