I'm one of the people guilty of this, but it's not through inattention. When I first came to post on these message boards I had trouble deciding which were appropriate to my topic. Not only because of the patterns of use established by other posters, but also because I found the 'descriptions' a little vague. For example, I got the impression that the Technical Forum is for properly technical questions (component compatibility issues and the like) and not posts asking people for their experiences and opinions on general kit (e.g. which panniers?). I know now, but could the descriptions be made more clear, for other newcomers?
