Hi,
Nah, prefer the XC version, lighter 16kg, cheaper £595 and triple clanger

The Shimano TX-35 derailleur does seem an odd choice. And, isn't a 7 speed freewheel a bit dated these days? I used one of those derailleurs on an old friction shifting 1970s geared bike I had, and it worked. But, for a bike that tries to create a super-racer image? Seems odd.

How do those shifters work? Is it a brake lever + small button to change up system like the previous Claris?

Meanwhile at Ribble for nearly 200 quid less with Sora, 100 less with Tiagra, even 23 quid less with full Campag Veloce - and it's got mudguards.

I think I prefer my Wiggle own-brand Claris equipped 16 speed to that thing in the OP. And my bike cost me much less than half the price of this Eurobike. Even the 105 version of my bike is still over £100 cheaper than the Eurobike.

But then, both the Ribble and the Wiggle bikes have boring frame shapes and normal wheels.

If the weights of the Ribble Veloce and the Wiggle 105 are added together, don't they weigh about the same as the Eurobike?

And at Planet X you can get a full carbon frame with full 11 speed Ultegra for 50 quid less provided you don't mind a bit of straightforward assembly work.

Ribble is a "winter bike" - takes a maximum 23mm tyre. :(

After a few canine encounters - I bought an ultrasonic device from China, off eBay.
