Bus drivers around here have to date given me adequate room, but there are fewer buses and fewer cyclists than in London.

Good have complained a couple of times to the local stagecoach and not even been given the respect of a reply, Friday I had 2 closes passes on virtually the same corner going in opp directions, the second one was caught on film by the rider behind me..... it has been sent to the company with a request for a suitable response, or the footage is going to the police.

To be fair, there is a lot of unskilled cyclists in London who deliberately stay on the left -and in the middle!- of a bus at junctions when there's no cycle lane or sufficient room to stay safe :?
It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best,
since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them.
Thus you remember them as they actually are...
